We stand behind our equipment, and even if you didn't buy it from us we are here to support you in your business.  Our in-house service department and network of service providers allows us service your equipment here in the bay area, or point you in the right direction if your location is outside our service area.  Our team is dedicated to providing you with the most up-to-date information regarding your machine, water softener programs, scheduled maintenanced, and worry free routine check-ups.

Service Rates:

The following rates are standard.  A typical service call will incur the labor rate depending on how long the job takes, a trip charge to cover drive time and gas, and parts if applicable.

Labor Rate: $68.00/hour (excludes holidays, weekends, and after hour service)

Trip Charge: $50.00/hour travel time
