In 2005, Las Casuelas Restaurant was established in Turlock, CA. Today Las Casuelas has captured the tastes of the community with its unique food and home-style atmosphere. And now the Ramirez Family brings to you the "Michelada". Loosely translated from the Spanish "Mi Chela Helada" means "my cold beer". Imagine yourself stretched out on the beach escaping the sweltering heat with a group of friends, and ice cold Michelada. This cool Mexican cocktail is whipped up in a cold glass of beer, rimmed with salt, lime juice, and a few ice cubes. Then spiked with our special Las Casuelas Michelada Mix and garnished with a lime. What is Michelada?
Michelada is a traditional Mexican beverage made with beer and served over ice. Adding Michelada mix turns your beer into a new refreshing beverage using clam juice, tomato, and authentic blended Mexican spices.

Directions: Salt the rim of a chilled 16 to 20oz glass. Squeeze the juice of a whole lime into the glass and fill it halfway with ice. Add 2-3oz of Las Casuelas Michelada Mix, then fill the rest of the glass with your favorite beer. If you in enjoy it spicy, add a dash of your favorite hot sauce. Garnish and enjoy!
