How can I check on my order status? Click the "My Account" link at the very top of the page (above all the menu icons, in the top right corner). Login to your account with your user name and password. Once logged in you will see all of your account information and two buttons right above saying "Account Information" and "Order History". Click on the "Order History" button. This will show you a list of all orders you have placed with us. Next to each order you will see the status and a "View" link.
-If your order says "New", we have received the order, your card has not been charged yet and is awaiting processing.
-If your order says "Completed", we have begun processing your order, your card has been charged and is awaiting shipment.
-If your order says "Shipped", your order has shipped and you will be able to see tracking details by clicking on the "View" link
-If your order says "Cancelled", your order has been cancelled due an out of stock issue, or by you. We will contact you to issue you a refund. Back to Top
I want to track my order, how do I track it? Check out our "Order Policies" page and enter your tracking number into the UPS Tracking field or go to UPS.com and enter it there. If you do not have your tracking number you can get it by following the instructions under "How can I check on my order status". Back to Top
How long does it take to ship my order? In stock items will ship out of our warehouse within 24 hours and will get to you in the standard shipping lane from our location to yours via UPS. To find out what your shipping lane is, go to UPS.com and type in our zip code (95008) and your zip code to find out the lane. Back to Top
My order arrived damaged. If you are signing a bill of lading, or a delivery confirmation, note on it that the item arrived damaged, it makes damage claims much easier. If your item was left on the porch, or no signature was obtained, report it to us immediately so we can get it resolved. We will process claims immediately and resend your order. Back to Top
I want my order delivered or wish to pick-up, how to I avoid shipping charges? We have special coupons that you can use upon checkout that will subtract the shipping charges if you would like your order delivered or if you wish to pick-up your order. Please note if you would like your order delivered you must be in our delivery territories noted on our "Order Policies" page and you must have ordered a minimum of $200.00 to get free delivery. If you wish to pick-up there are no minimums. For delivery enter "delivery" into the coupon field at checkout, for pickup enter "pickup" into the coupon field at checkout to have your shipping charges subtracted. How come there are no prices next to your equipment? Equipment prices include a lot of items such as installation, water softeners, hook-up, and training. Since quotes are comprehensive of these items you will need to contact us through our contact page to receive a quote or call our office. Back to Top
Can you see my customer account information? We do not have access to your logins, passwords, or credit card information. It is important that you remember your account information, we will not be able to access it if you lose or forget your user information and passwords. All credit cards processed through our site are done through a secure merchant. We only see the last four digits of your card number. If we need to issue you a refund, you will need to provide the whole card number to us so we can input it into our terminal. Back to Top
